So, as a Chinese, I feel duty-bound to pursue more advanced business courses in your country, then come back to pull out all the stops in order to build a more economically strong China.

Q.I live in Kunming, Yunnan, and I will go to UK this September for Master in Law. There are four UK embassys in China, I don't know which one I should go for visa interview. As to the pass rate, is there difference among these four embassys? Can I go to the one in Chong Qing for it?

A.There isn't much difference among those four consulates. The pass rate are almost the same. As for the geographic convenience, you'd better go to the one in Chongqing, and that's also the one responsible for the applicants from Yunnan, I think.

A.这种offer是不能用于签证的，因为没有学费和生活费的说明，另外，它也说了这不是正式的录取书。
如今你该做的是：马上通知学校发一份正式说明学费生活费的OFFER来，并告诉学校你已达到他们的条件IELTS 6分。如果可能，让他们立刻将Conditional Offer改为Unconditional Offer。如果来不及的话，也可以直接拿Conditional Offer 去（如果签证官问你条件是否满足，你就拿IETLS的成绩单给他看即可）。
最重要的是拿到一份有详细学费、学位、估算生活费、学时、何时开学、何时毕业说明的 Offer，这样才算是正规的。注意：UCAS给你的Final Decsion Letter是不能用于签证的。

Q.我已拿到反签单，要我8月15日带着护照再去签证处。我是去读研。请问：象我这样当时没有把护照留下，是否意味着十有八九会被拒签？

A.应该问题就不大。到那天就有答案了，不要过于悲观！

Q.是否每个学校都有自己统一的推荐信表格？这样的话，似乎比较麻烦推荐人。有无两全其美的方法？
推荐信有固定的格式。你需要在英国文化处索取一份“机密推荐函confidential reference form”表格。把这个表格交给你的推荐人。推荐函的内容一定要表现出你有能力修读你申请的学科。比如你选择了管理专业，而你的推荐人写了许多你工作如何认真，爱好如何广泛，并不make sense。重要的是写出你在平时所表现出的管理能力和才华。最后要记住，这封推荐函要由你的推荐人直接寄给学校，而不可以通过你来邮寄！因为这封推荐函理论上你是不能看的。尽管实际上你大可与推荐人一同推敲。申请表是你表演的舞台，推荐信是你幕后的支柱。两者都要做到漂亮，你才能成功！

A.“在职证明”一定得找所在的公司开吗？若不想让公司知道可做张假的证明吗？若已辞职怎办？
一定要找所在公司开。做假可以，但要注意不要有破绽，否则代价很高！辞职也可让原单位开证明，证明你过去的工作及收入。

Q.“雇主证明”是学习结束后仍回国到该公司任职的证明吗？是否最好有这样的一张证明以表示无移民倾向？有无别的好的无移民倾向证明方法？

A.“雇主证明”是泛指单位开的证明，证明什么的都有。有一张证明毕业后归国的材料当然更好。
