E 不妥是因为连续有两个 with 词组，而中间却没有连接。

那B里面的whose离它修饰的名词那么远为什么没有违反gmat语法规则？

这是因为 young people with higher-than-average blood pressure 是一个单位，后面用了 whose 不会让人误会是修饰 blood pressure，所以没有问题。

（不要相信那些所谓的 GMAT 语法。GMAT 用的语法就是一般正式英文的文法，没有什么特别的一套。）
