[/font] 最要紧最要紧的：不要信什么思路！每一题都要分别看，用逻辑推理。
GWD2-Q5 只是数学题，答案怎么会是 B？Assessed value 降了，税率不变，总税收当然下降。OG11 第 60 题的答案，并不是重复什么。题干说限制愈少就更多律师卖广告。C 说 if the restriction against advertisements that do not specify fee arrangements is removed，这样根据题干所说，就会更多律师卖广告了。
我不明白楼主为什么说 E 反对题干的前提。第 61 题是问有什么会削弱题干的推论。E 就是说现在卖广告那些律师，当初他们开始卖广告的时候，也没有降低收费。那就表示多一点的律师卖广告，不一定会导致律师费降低。题干提出的情况，只不过是现在卖广告的律师，本来就是收费较低的那些。
我再说，不要理会什么原则。这些原则是靠不住的。做每一题的时候，要重新看题目，不要套用什么思路、总结。 谢谢 Asrgbf 仁兄的指点。::16

我把the restriction against advertisements that do not specify fee arrangements这样一个个体 理解成了题干中的 restrictions 这么一个集合概念了，所以误解成重复题干了。
关于管卫东那题，我现在明白了主要是要重视推导过程。
