求教PREP语法笔记题目两则

[font=宋体]这题正确答案是[/font][font=Times New Roman]C[/font][font=宋体]，但是我觉得[/font][font=Times New Roman]C[/font][font=宋体]项开头的[/font][font=Times New Roman]the[/font][font=宋体]显得多余，因为它的存在影响了[/font][font=Times New Roman]strengthening[/font][font=宋体]的词性。我觉得不然就是去掉[/font][font=Times New Roman]the[/font][font=宋体]，直接就是[/font][font=Times New Roman]dedicated his life to strengthening the economy…[/font][font=宋体]如果保留[/font][font=Times New Roman]the[/font][font=宋体]那么应该是[/font][font=Times New Roman]the strengthening of the economy of the south…[/font][font=宋体]总之就是想不通[/font][font=Times New Roman]C[/font]

[font=宋体]现在复习[/font][font=Tahoma]SC[/font][font=宋体]到后面反而解题速度变慢了许多，以前很多选项直接删除掉现在要反复思量。[/font]

[font=宋体]还有就是不知道有没有人也有做[/font][font=Tahoma]PREP-note SC 172[/font][font=宋体]题，是不是也有和我一样的体会。我做[/font][font=Tahoma]PREP[/font][font=宋体]错误率非常高，个人觉得它难度比[/font][font=Tahoma]OG[/font][font=宋体]要大很多，画线的句子一般比较长，选项之间相似程度也很高，不容易排除，做到排除后只剩两个选项时总会选成错的那个选项。[/font] 第一个我也不知道
第二个就近修饰the opening，pore是小孔的意思。 我觉得好多语法看的时候，都要有逻辑思路，理解句子本身要表达的意思才行啊，所以阅读和单词是基本功，我灰头土脸的背单词去了::51 [color=DarkGreen]38. George Washington dedicated his life to [u]the economic strengthening of the [color=Red]S[/color]outh with improvement of soil and diversification of c[color=Red]ro[/color]ps [/u]

这题正确答案是C，但是我觉得C项开头的the显得多余，因为它的存在影响了strengthening的词性。我觉得不然就是去掉the，直接就是dedicated his life to strengthening the economy…如果保留the那么应该是the strengthening of the economy of the south…总之就是想不通C[/color]
楼主说得对。C 是错的。现在 D 是唯一说得通的，但是没有删去 the 之后的 C 那么好。

恩，你说的没错，我做题目也发现了，现在GMAC考察句子逻辑意思的分量加大了，不是仅仅靠规则来判断就能够解决的，要对全句的意思有整体的把握。单词阅读确实是基础=)
有时候发现做错根本就是没读懂句子，什么代词it/they指代的逻辑对象等等。
