It is two distinctive experiences to work in a large company and a small company. Some people prefer small company for they can obtain more freedom and quick promotion, while others like large company to enjoy the good salary and stabilization. For me, the large companies attract me much more than small ones because of their mature managing system, company culture and rotation opportunity.

A large company shows its established managing system at the first time to its interviewee. In fact, large companies always establish human resources department to carefully judge applicants and put them into proper positions. And after you enter the company, many daily operation steps have been clearly listed, thus you can learn everything quickly and keep pace with your colleges. On the contrary, in a small company, there often lacks of organic managing system and clear statement thus a new employer often feel hard to find how everything goes on there.

Another benefit of large company, a distinctive company culture, may be the most attractive part for me. Just look at the top international companies, Micro Soft, Ford and Sony: they all emphasis on their distinctive company cultures. In fact, company culture is the personality of a company including its motivation, moral, teamwork and problem solving. One of my friends who works in a top company told me that he received a company history class as soon as he entered the company. Now, he feels proud of their company and enjoys the working atmosphere here.

The last reason for me to prefer large company is the rotation opportunities. Most of large companies admit and some of them even encourage employee to rotate their position after one or two years work. And in a large company, there are hundreds of different work positions. I would like to try different jobs and obtain new experience. On the contrary, small companies cannot offer you so many chances unless you change a company.

In short, different people vary about their opinions about working place. But I would like to work in a large company. Its mature managing system makes me easy to follow the pattern and the rotation opportunities let me experience different jobs. And at last, I would really enjoy its company culture thus work in a high sprit.
