答案是D， 我选的是E，我觉得文章只提到了对sulfites的过敏问题....

我同意你的分析，我觉得D没有错，可是我想不出E为什么错。。。。。。我是这样理解的：如果先不看E中的not, 也就是说硫酸盐自然地就存在与这些酿酒商酿的酒中即使酿酒商并没有加硫酸盐，并且这些硫酸盐的量可以导致过敏，这样就对原文的“这些人喝了这些酒不会过敏”构成削弱，如果加上ｎｏｔ，就是ｎｏｔ＋削弱，构成假设。。。。。

yea,, OG 84# give the answer E. 这题很阴险。答案是 E。我初看时也觉得是 D。但是题干是这样说的：Many people suffer an allergic reaction to certain sulfites, including those that are commonly added to wine as preservatives. 所以这里说的是对亚硫酸盐的敏感，同时明说 including，表示还有其他来源的亚硫酸盐。但是结论却说，过敏的人喝那些酒，因为没有加亚硫酸盐，就不会过敏了。这就假设了酒里面原来没有亚硫酸盐的。
D 错因为题干说的是 people who are allergic to sulphites，所以D所说的是 irrelevant 的。
