GWD这道题，c说的意思是，选出来上课的这帮人不是本来不上课就出来就不容易再犯罪的意思，就是说，他们之所以出来不犯罪了，是因为他们上课了。
a我认为无关。

这个地方"not, less" 意思不就是"more than or equal" , 我理解此话意思是： 接受培训的犯人在释放后，会比没接受培训的犯人 更多或等于的可能性犯罪。
简单说， 接受培训的人还是会犯罪很多。
我怎么看都觉得是与结论意思相反，麻烦大侠们指教下，我的为啥错？谢谢
