我选了B，但是解释中说，one of them who 中的WHO   competes with ONE  as the subject of IS,
我就有点不明白了，IS给WHO不是更好的吗，如果IS 是ONE的，那么不就是一个句子了，和后面的句子关系就明确了。
再说WHOM用法一般要在从句中做宾语，也不符合D的情况。

是应该看作 one is blind ?还是 whom is blind，好像都有问题

如果选B,
可以把Who 理解为修饰ONE的，而且后面的动词IS也符合这一点。
所以比较困惑：）

B 不对是因为那里应该用 relative pronoun，而不应该用 them。没有 them who 这个组合的。

呵呵，其实很久以来，我都知道看到them who,变成whom,但是不知道所以然。
