With charcoal’s being replaced 是比较别扭的用法，基本没见过正确的情况。
不过

A也觉得as a result of 和and because并列很怪

C 不对是因为 with charcoal's XXX 这个用法太别扭了。不是语法错误，而是把这么长的东西塞进 apostrophe s 后面太过不像英文。

A 也是写得不好。所以这题没有正确答案。
