22. We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)? Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important.  

Now days, people have more chances to cooperate with each other in a majority of areas in work. As a business trend, people are more likely expected to work as a team, they together ,as a whole body,take the responsibility for tasks. For a good co-worker, being a good listener,responsible and tolerant are important characteristics in the cooperation.

While a certain task is undertaken by a group of people, communication is a key to move the whole group towards sucess. Communication does not only mean explaining the personal idea, but also mean being able to understand others' idea and take others' advice, in other words, be a good listener.The exchange of information between partners increases the available resources and effiency.Which develop the strategy in work.

Different people may be responsible for different parts of a task.The sense of responsibility is important for a co-worker, which requires people to finish task in time and with high quality. Today, each part of the work, although they are under different people's duty and are finished individually, are all interdependent. The delay or absence of any part of them may result in the failure of the task.

As the last but not least, tolerance is another important characteristics
of a co-worker. Through the process of work, it is impossible to control the possibility of mistakes. When  partner make mistakes, co-worker should be able to understand and tolerant them, try to encourage them instead of abusing. It is only through this way, will the friendly and effective partnership be established.Thus people can achieve their goals.

In conclusion, being a good listener, ability to take responsibility for their work and have the capacity of tolerance are important characteristics of a co-worker.

168. Many students choose to attend schools or universities outside their home countries. Why do some students study abroad? Use specific reasons and details to explain your answer.

In recent years, studying aboard has become a trend. Many students choose to attend schools or universities outside their home countries, not only for greater access to knowleadgy, but also for various experiences. Several reasons for studying abroad may be given as the following:

First of all, for higher standard of education. As the allocation of educational resource worldwild is unequal, most of world top famouse universities dominated in developed countries such as USA, Britian, Canada and Australia. Education system in these countries are more well-developed and practical. Students with ambition to receive advanced and worldwild certificated education choose to study abroad. Grduating from famouse universities ensures the quality of education, students may learn more essential and useful skills such as group work and communication skills, which put student in a more favorable position in  job market  in the future. Most world famouse companies are also more willing to hire students who graduate from these famouse universities.

In addition, studying abroad also helps students gain living skills, students gradually find their own way of solving sociable problems.It is also a great opportunity for students to discover the different culture, by learning a different language and living in a different country, students may compare the differences between cultures and gain a more healthy attitude towards ethnic problems. Students from different areas of the world come together, they set up friendship ,learn to respect and coroperate with each other. Through this way, students open their eyes to the world, broaden their narrow minds.

Last but not least, for some students, foreign country is a larger labour market for them. As the local labour market is limited, they tend to move overseas for greater chances. Education ,in their mind,is seen as the first step leading to being part of the society.

The three points have been discussed above are my understanding of the question.

For ( As) a good co-worker, being a good listener,responsible and tolerant (你上面所用的是形容词，是否应该改为名词) are important characteristics in the cooperation.

首先，我觉得作文的字数太少，托福作文虽然要求300，但是如果字数刚好300，那么得到高分的可能性很小。所以我觉得老兄应该多写一些，这样就可以展开你的论点。另外，我看你的作文的论点有3个方面1.人与人之间需要交流；2.责任感；3.容忍。而你在首段只写了责任和容忍，其实既然你分3段写，不如就都写上；3.你的作文缺少例子，只是说你的 观点，其实例子很重要，当然同时也很容易凑字数。我个人的想法,仅供参考!

其实例子很简单,你周围发生的,你同学\朋友发生的事情,甚至于能够说明问题但是实际上没有发生过的都可以.
