我觉得这道题应该选440
10的50次方意味着有50个零。再减去74，说明末两位是26。那么就是，前48个数字是9，后两个是26，答案就是48*9+2+6=440。

Base 10 notation 就是我们平常写的数字。

Base 2 notation 就是二进数字：0, 1, 10, 11, 100, 101, 110, 111, . . .  就是十进数字的 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, . . . 。
