第二篇作文，花了好久写完的，感觉不太好，请大家多改改，谢谢：）
题目:Do you agree or disagree, challenging work make people more happy rather than easy work.
In front of easy work and challenging work, many people would choose the former one because it is easier to complete. However, my choice would be quite different, because in my opinion, challenging work make people more happy than easy work.
Firstly, rather than simple work, it is challenging work that make a person progress. Most of the challenging work would challenge the existing ability of a person. A person has to try really hard or figure out new ways to meet the challenge. Usually, new knowledge and experience, which are not easily attained from easy work, would be accumulated in hard tasks. What is more, these new things would result in a person's advancement of capability. In another word, it is called progress. Of course, Progress is always a pleasant feeling for most people.
Secondly, completing a challenging work grant people the sense of success. It is hard to deny that most people are happy when they succeed completing a challenging work. I had a similar experience during my collage time. I was in charge of an opening ceremony of a Culture Forum, thus I had to make a choice between two kinds of opening activities. One option is to hold a regular lecture, and the other is to have a talk show. A regular lecture is simple and easy to complete. While a talk show is creative, but a big challenge for me, because I had never done that before. I chose the latter one at last. Finally, by mountains of preparation work, the talk show was extremely successful, which lead to my great happiness from the bottom of my heart.
Last but not least, human beings' progress and development are more closely related with challenging work. The Nobel Prize is granted for people who made excellent contributions to human beings in different fields. Besides the Nobel Prize winners, there are millions of scientists and researchers, who had overcame countless challenges and difficulties, promoting the rapid development of humankind. It is not only to the scientists but also to all the humankind the challenging work brought a more healthy, convenient and wonderful life, which is definitely a happiness to all of us.
