我也许不该这样想，，但我认为，题目里说想准确的发现这个病需要很低的false positive结果，但f p是误诊有病，比较严重的应该是误诊没病，实际有病吧？

如果 A 正确，那么就对 false positive 多没有太大的影响，但是对 false negative 多没有关系。

B 根本是没有意义的，因为讲检验而不是讲检验后的事。

C 如果正确，那就要尽量减少 false negatives，false positives 多了也不是问题。

D 和作者的推荐没有关系。

E 的意思就是说，在所有检验的结果里，false negatives 的比例都是同样多。所以从 false negative 的角度来看，那些检验都没有分别。既然如此，那就应该选 false positive 最低的那个了。

楼主解错了题目了。题目只是问，下面哪项支持作者的建议。楼主解为“题目里说想准确的发现这个病需要很低的false positive结果”，这不是题目的意思。题目意思是在众多检验方法里面，应该选 false positive 最低的那个。
