Although we can learn a lot from people who share the same views with us,it is much more beneficial to learn from those people whose views contradict our own.
For one thing,learning from people who share the same views with us is necessary.These people hold the same views with you,and you will feel they are easygoing while making friends with them,which will bring you jovial and happy mood.So when you are together to do something,maybe you can cooperate much more smoothly.When encontering some problems,you will be more likely to learn from them who are your friends,and it is obvious that you will be easily inspired to obtain what you want.In all,this will make you feel that you are in the parasite,and you will learn something more quickly and more sponteneously.
But we can not just focus on learning from people who share the same views with us.One of the most obvious reason is that besides those supporter,there are still hundreds of people whose views contradict our own.Nowadays,people have become more and more creative,and every has his own ideas and views.Why the views vary from people to people?The direct answer is that people consider things through different perspect.Even for a some thing,there are difference beteween people,because they can form a utter diferent views,ideas,and value.If you just learn from people who share the same views with us,maybe you will feel happy,but it is more likely that you can just obtain a obstruce conception of the entire thing,which may make you make some mistake.However,if you learn to listen to different people holding varies views which is essencial in forming the proper conception,you have learnt much more.
We also can not overlook that today's work calls for doing so.With the development of technology,many researches have been at a reletively high level,which needs plenty of knowledge to understand.Due to this,the time a single man can do the whole work has gone for ever,instead we come into a time calls for cooperation and the arrangement of lots of knowledge.Maybe you are adept at a specific field,but it is impossible for you to be a scientist in all fields.So when facing a specific peoblems,different people hold different ideas.But you have to learn from the scientist who are engaged in that field.Unless you doing so,the team can solve varies problem,and can go further.Maybe you will feel strong pressure,but it will just urge you to work out.For example,many winners of the Nobile economy learnt from the maths scientist,in order to obtain a model,which directly accelerated the process of the success. Just because their mutual learning and cooperation,we can benefit from their discover.
Because of the discussion above,I have to concede that learning from people who can give you a fresh way to think is fantastic,and it is beneficial to all over the world to procede in a right direction.
