我想问下，45秒大约要说多少字数啊，楼主是先写出来在背吗还是怎么回事，请指教

45秒说60-120字都是可以的，主要看个人语速，说得快的可以显示自己的口齿伶俐8 N' L) i. t% w7 l1 P4 O/ X
说得慢的则可以注重层次感和实际内容的条理性

我写的每段大概80-100字左右，每段我都是对着计时器用中等的速度说过的/ k# B  w* f$ q" X
我是先写出来的，不过写的时候没让自己考虑太长时间，当然比15秒是多多啦，而且边写可以边想下面怎么写8 Z8 y$ s5 M2 P" |6 o( `! N
刚开始写的大概有120-130个字左右，后来读了读发现自己语速达不到这么快，上次考的时候说的太快，给的评价说说的不清楚，我想中等就可以了，说慢点脑子还能跟的上
6 z' }2 \) ~; _我个人觉得多写多说不知不觉反应就能变快点，看到题就知道该往哪几个方面去想了
