WA is the engine of Australia economy with abundant reserve of minerals, natural gases and other resources. WA boosts an unemployment rate lower than 4% and a GDP growth of 10% per year. After PhD, all international students are welcome by the WA government to live and work in WA, supported by a very generous WA migration policy (usually take less than 6 months to get a ‘green card’ of residency after PhD). Salaries are top in the world for well-educated people.
