While many schools have updated the facilities in campus, such as library, gym and computer, some schools are still lack of something that may important should be replaced. Since it may be relatively expensive or other reasons, some schools couldn’t change it rapidly. Due to the condition of equipment in the school I attended several years ago, although there were many newest types of equipment, one of which was still missed that was a set of good condition computers. As a student, if I could have a chance to change something in my school, I would like to replace the old fashion computers by update ones, for higher efficiency of studying and dealing with the problem of computer’s shortage.
In regard to studying efficiency, most old computers should be replaced in my school because many students were unlikely to work effectively in school because of the outdated computers. These computers were all from 10 years ago, most of which were hardly used in certain tasks such as image design. This was a tough curb to the students who were major in engineering. They always had a headache when using computers in school. On the other hand, sometimes students had to perform some tasks by computer in school such as to print a lot of paper as academic materials. To compare with the copy shops, it was definitely free in school. However, if students processed many tasks at one time, the old computers would die, for they can not suffer such many requests simultaneously. If those outdated computers can be replaced by new ones, I think many students are likely to work much more effectively and readily.
Since the increasing number of student, the deficiency of computers was progressively outstanding in my school. Some new students have not had computers to use due to this problem. What they had to do was to share the computer with other returning students. Sometimes two or three students shared with one computer, which was very inconvenient and troublesome. If this problem could be solved, students can get a more convenient study condition now restricted by deficiency of computers. On the other hand, if schools offered more new and update facilities such as computers, the potential students might be more likely to attend the school for these benefits. Hence schools can make a higher rate of student recruitment, which is good for the reputation of the schools.
Therefore, it is pretty clear why I attempt to change the computer problem in my school that are getting higher efficiency and dealing with the problem of computer’s shortage. I believe this change would benefit not only students but also schools.

With the development of society, many controversial issues have occurred in our lives. Many young do not know how to control or understand these issues such as sexual orientation. Teacher plays a significant role in the world, who conveys the essential knowledge, mental or physical, to students. Some teachers may be likely to present controversial view and theories in their classes. However, it is superficially to simply say that teachers should be free to do so.
Of course, some teachers attempt to convey the latest news to students in classes so that students could be tied with the real contemporary society which is relevantly complicated. Teachers may tend to let students know what happens today or something new. They are liable to discuss the controversial points or theories by meeting, doing presentation, or writing report.
However, it is early to say that teachers should be free to do so, that is, probably some teachers may be likely to convey the wrong or improper information to influence students. Some teachers may over insert their own opinions to a topic when discussing with students. This means they may only personally disagree with a topic, for example, such as sexual orientation. They may think people should get married with opposite sex. However, it is known that some particular countries have admitted the homosexual marriages, such as Holland and some part of Europe. In fact, teachers should pass on the objective views and public information to students, instead of their own opinions.
Moreover, some special and sensitive topics such as religious issues had better to avoid discussing deeply. Many countries have various religions such as Christianity and Buddhism. They both have their own cultures and some theories may somewhat conflict to each other. If teachers are free to talk this type of topic, I think they are hardly to compromise the different views from each student since this somehow infringe someone’s culture and religion.
Therefore, it is pretty clear that I disagree with the statement that teachers should be free to present controversial view and theories in their classrooms. I think teachers had better to allow them to open a topic which is not over the line to unconsciously or subconsciously influence particular student’s spirit since some students are sensitive and fragile.
